Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Elk Grove, CA is hiring for Sales & Service to install and maintain tires and wheels, rotate and balance tires, calibrate TPMS, and assist customers with product choices. You will also wash tires, test batteries, and operate service equipment with care.

The role supports fast-paced service, offers on‑the‑job training, and provides a strong benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plan. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating and inflating tires.
• Attaching, rebalancing wheels and TPMS calibrations.
• Washing tires and wheels; testing and installing batteries; operating service vehicles for offsite work.
