Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Spokane, WA is hiring for a Sales & Service role focused on tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will deliver excellent customer service, perform tire-related services, and support the store with a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 35–75 pounds, and willingness to work with tires and wheels. We offer a quarterly bonus, comprehensive benefits, and a company-funded retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintaining equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
