Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Nashville, TN is seeking a Rough Grader to inspect and grade tires and ensure they meet quality standards before final processing.

The role involves loading/unloading tires, sorting grades, maintaining inventory records, and working in a physically demanding environment in all weather conditions. Prior tire recycling or manufacturing experience is a plus. Candidates must be 18+ and pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent attention to detail and able to inspect with accuracy and speed.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
• Background and Drug Screening required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload tires from trucks.
• Stacking tires on the dock.
• Determine the “grade” of a used tire.
• Separate the different graded tires and keep track of inventory.
• Cleaning throughout the plant area.
• Other duties as assigned.
