Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is a leading commercial tire dealer and retread service provider with nationwide reach. This role is based in a Snider branch and focuses on tire mounting/dismounting, warehouse inventory, and daily operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with a team dedicated to safety, efficiency, and excellent customer service, and you may assist route drivers as needed. A High School Diploma or GED and forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in similar role or industry is a plus.
• Commercial TIA certification preferred.
• Forklift certification obtained after employment.

Responsibilities

• Mount and dismount commercial tires using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Load and unload tire shipments; assist with paperwork.
• Assist with warehouse inventory efficiency and monthly audits.
• Barcode tires into BibTread system and manage inventory accuracy.
• Support route drivers with customer pickups and deliveries when needed.
• Maintain organization, inventory, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Follow safety rules and wear PPE; maintain attendance and uniform standards.
• Adhere to company policies and values.
