Job summary

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking a Commercial Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse personnel, manage inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced shop/warehouse environment. The role covers tire storage, routing coordination, DVIR checks, and equipment maintenance, within our growing network of service centers.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in a related role, and familiarity with Paylocity and AS400.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years in industry or related management role.
• Familiarity with Paylocity and AS400 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security, efficiency, and flow of warehouse inventory.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly inventory audits.
• Ensure warehouse space is utilized efficiently.
• Inventory inbound/outbound tire shipments and paperwork.
• Enter casing information into BT M device and barcode tires/wheels.
• Oversee scrap-out analysis for Snider customers.
• Direct warehouse staff for tire pulling and mounting.
• Manage wheels submitted for reconditioning and monthly retread inventory.
