Job summary

TireHub in Simi Valley, CA seeks a Warehouse & Delivery Associate to load/unload tires, coordinate deliveries, and maintain safety on the warehouse floor. The role requires reliable driving, customer service, and teamwork to keep operations running smoothly.

Compensation starts at $21.05/hour with progressive increases over the first year; schedule includes Monday through Saturday with fluctuating day shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of general work experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving history, with a valid driver's license.
• Must be 19 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, inspects, and tallies tires to and from transport vehicles (trailer trucks/box trucks/delivery vans).
• Follows TireHub safety standards for packing, counting, labeling, and palletizing customer orders and positions them in designated locations using the bin locator system.
• Operates forklifts, order pickers and pallet jacks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Conducts daily pre/post-trip vehicle inspections and reports any issues to supervisor.
• Completes driver and vehicle maintenance logs and ensures compliance with TireHub policies.
