Job summary

Tireco, Inc is hiring a Driver in Portland, OR. You will deliver tires and wheels, provide excellent customer service, and help with warehouse tasks as needed.

The role requires a valid license, DOT compliance, and the ability to cross state lines. You will operate a box truck and a clamp forklift, with a pay rate of $21.00 per hour and company benefits that include medical, dental, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid standard drivers license, some states may require a Class D license No CDL required.
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical, be at least 21 years, eligible and willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30 - 80 lbs daily. 80lbs+ requires a team lift.
• Preferred - 2+ years experience safely operating a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle; provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Load and unload product; collect payments and manage returns.
• Maintain your assigned vehicle and assist in warehouse orders.
• Operate equipment such as forklift as needed.
• Support loading/unloading duties and safely maneuver materials.
