Job summary

Tireco, Inc. in Portland, OR is seeking a Driver to be the face of our company, delivering tires and wheels to customers with a focus on safety and service.

You will operate a box truck, load and unload products, collect payments, and help in the warehouse when needed. This full-time role requires a valid driver's license (no CDL required), DOT compliance, ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and willingness to cross state lines.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid standard driver’s license; some states may require a Class D license – No CDL required.
• Meet requirements for DOT compliance; pass drug test and DOT physical; be at least 21 years old; willing to cross state lines for deliveries as required.
• Ability to be insured under company driving policy.
• Ability to safely operate a box truck and a clamp forklift.
• Ability to manually move tires between 30 – 80 lbs daily; 80lbs+ requires a team lift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tires and wheels using a company vehicle and provide friendly customer service.
• Load and unload products; collect payments; manage product returns; maintain assigned vehicle.
• Assist in warehouse orders and loading/unloading trucks; operate forklift when needed.

Job Details: Job Location: Portland - Portland, OR, Salary Range: $21.00 - $21.00Hourly, Travel Percentage: Road Warrior, JOB TITLE: Driver

As a Driver for Tireco Distributors (TD), you will be the face of our company and on the front lines delivering the essential products that keep our country rolling. You will be responsible for the safe delivery of tires and wheels using a company vehicle while providing friendly and professional customer service, loading and unloading product, collecting payments, managing product returns, and maintaining your assigned vehicle. Although you will be delivering most of the time, you will also assist in the warehouse orders, loading and unloading trucks, and operating equipment such as forklift.
