Qualifications

• 0-1 year of manufacturing experience is needed.
• High School Diploma or GED recommended; in-house competency test may be required for non-core roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and transport pallets of tires using walkie or forklift.
• Complete daily vehicle check sheets for powered equipment.
• Identify and clear obstructions in conveyor systems.
• Follow work instructions and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor promptly.
• Understand OEM tire marking requirements and balance pad operation.
• Perform other duties as directed by Plant Leadership or Supervisor.
