Job summary

Continental is seeking a Material Handler in a fast-paced tire production environment. You will learn and apply OEM tire marking requirements, operate a walkie/fork truck to move pallets, and perform daily vehicle check sheets while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED recommended.
0-1 year of manufacturing experience needed.
No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Responsibilities

Know all OEM tire marking requirements.
Be observant to obstructions in conveyor systems and clear them.
Operate walkie and/or fork truck to transport pallets of tires to/from work areas.
Complete a daily check sheet on each powered vehicle you operate.
Understand and follow work instructions for this position.
Maintain good housekeeping in the department.
Promptly report safety hazards or concerns to supervisor.
