Continental Tire the Americas, LLC is seeking a full-time production associate in Mount Vernon, IL. You will assist with changes and adjustments, monitor conveyors, and ensure accurate entry of labor and machine times while trimming tires as needed.

Work in a non-climate controlled environment with shifts including evenings and weekends. Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds and repetitive physical tasks are required, with comprehensive safety training provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist personnel with changes and set adjustments as required.
• Monitor sorting system to direct the tire to correct conveyor.
• Record labor time, machine times, and production quantities accurately.
