Job summary

Goodyear, a national tire and auto service leader, is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to engage guests at one of its auto service centers. You will connect with customers, drive tire and service sales, and learn about warranties, promotions, and profitability while delivering outstanding service.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and career growth in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be 18+, have a valid driver's license, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• No relocation is being offered for this position.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous automotive guest service experience preferred.
• Previous tire sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.
• Understand and describe warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
• Take responsibility for guest interactions from initial experience through completed service.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer recommendations including checking in, scheduling appointments, estimating time, and checking out.
• Promote self-development by utilizing company provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
