Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to gain hands-on experience in one of our Auto Service centers. You will engage with guests, drive sales for tires and services, and build lasting relationships through attentive service.

You will learn about warranties, promotions, and profitability while working in a team-focused environment. We offer training, opportunities for advancement, and a dynamic, fast-paced workplace at a leading tire and auto service provider.

Qualifikationen

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Spanish speaking preferred.

Aufgaben

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to service completion, including scheduling, estimating time, and checkout.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote self-development with provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
