Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Explain warranties, advertising and promotions of products and services.
• Handle guest interactions from check-in to completion, including scheduling and checkout.
• Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Promote self-development using company-provided training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending.
