Goodyear is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor at one of our Just Tires centers. You will drive sales through guest interactions, build relationships, and explain warranties and promotions. You will guide guests from check-in to checkout, schedule services, and recommend products based on manufacturer guidelines.

Qualifications

Prior guest service experience.
Valid driver's license.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction by understanding their needs.
Describe all warranties, advertising, and promotion of products and services.
Take responsibility for guest interactions from check-in through completed service: scheduling, estimating time, and checkout.
Make recommendations to guests based on manufacturers' recommendations.
Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
Perform manual tasks for extended periods, including lifting tires and wheels.
