Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to assist members with purchasing decisions while maintaining inventory and compliance.

You will work with a team to deliver high quality customer service, using handheld devices and POS systems, and you will help mentor less-experienced associates in safety and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in auto service or retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, equipment operation, and product specs.
• Use handheld tech and POS systems to plan services, process transactions, and access product information.
• Maintain inventory, complete paperwork, logs and reports, and ensure proper labeling and storage of merchandise.
