• Mentor new technicians and communicate safety and compliance protocols.
• Utilize handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, improve service and collaborate with the team.
• Maintain accurate inventory, complete logs and paperwork, process transactions and ensure proper packaging and labeling of merchandise.
• Deliver safe, high-quality customer service and address member needs and concerns.
