Position Summary...
As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.
What you'll do...
- Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians, while developing interpersonal skills for providing safe and efficient customer service.
- Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Utilize Point of Sale systems and phone/in-person selling techniques.
- Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan and drive sales, improve service, and elevate engagement, utilizing handheld technology for immediate business decisions related to services, safety, and training.
- Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies, track returns and special orders, operate cash registers, process transactions, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety and compliance standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
- Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote the brand by valuing the member experience, developing and inspiring others, and fostering a respectful, supportive, and team-oriented environment. Support company policies and complete work priorities efficiently.

The hourly wage range is $18.00 to $25.00, with potential premiums based on specific circumstances.
