Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets members' expectations.

What you'll do

• Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company's products and services.
• Maintain merchandise presentation by stocking, organizing displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, and securing fragile items.
• Maintain the Sales Floor in Tire and Battery Center according to company policies by handling claims, zoning, organizing merchandise, and managing shrink and damages.
• Receive and stock merchandise, organize the Tire and Battery Center, and complete necessary documentation following company procedures.
• Ensure safety by following all safety standards, conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials properly, and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Operate hardware such as cash registers, process purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges following appropriate procedures.
• Assist Members with purchasing and service decisions, complete vehicle service requests, operate equipment safely, and handle merchandise and supplies.
• Service Members' automobiles by driving vehicles, inspecting for damage, performing tire and battery services, and operating computer equipment for processing services.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00, with additional premiums possible based on specific circumstances.
