Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate in a retail service environment.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance protocols related to tire and battery services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, tire and battery guidelines, and operate POS and handheld tools.
• Plan, execute, and upsell services while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain inventory, complete paperwork, and ensure accuracy in transactions and records.
• Uphold company policies, ethics, and a culture of integrity and respect.
• Support customers by understanding needs and guiding purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement.
