Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety on the facility and sales floor by following safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Keep Tire and Battery Center displays stocked, zoned, merchandised and properly signed.
• Assist members with tire and battery installations, maintenance, and services.
• Provide expert member service, using Sam's Garage knowledge to recommend suitable tire/battery options and explain warranties.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings with team collaboration to improve member experience.
• Prioritize service workflow in TBC bays and understand queue times to meet service needs.
