Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Acknowledges the need to complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, and product specs for tires and batteries.
• Plan with handheld tools to drive sales and improve service, using digital systems.
• Report inventory, returns, and issues; operate cash registers and process transactions.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues, maintaining store standards.
• Be a brand ambassador, modeling friendly, respectful service and teamwork.
