Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the facility and sales floor.
• Ensure Tire and Battery Center displays are stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policy.
• Assist members with tire/battery installation scheduling and service options.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations using product knowledge and warranties.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings across the club with team collaboration.
• Prioritize and triage service workflow to maximize efficiency in service bays.
