Job summary

Walmart Tire & Battery Center in Columbia, SC is seeking a service-oriented associate to support tire and battery installations, scheduling, and service recommendations. You will assist Members in selecting the right products, explain warranties, and maintain presentation and safety in the TBC area.

You will drive sales, prioritize service requests, and use Sam’s Garage and POS tools to deliver efficient, friendly service while upholding Walmart's safety standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications: Auto service industry, Retail Experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Members with tire and battery services and scheduling.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations.
• Maintain safe, organized, and properly merchandised TBC sales floor.
• Operate POS system and process payments, returns and exchanges.
