Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards per policies.
• Organize, stock, and merchandise Tire & Battery Center area; handle claims/returns/damages.
• Assist members with tire and battery installation scheduling and lead time changes.
• Provide expert member service and product recommendations; explain warranties.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings with team collaboration.
• Handle purchases, payments, returns and exchanges following policy.
