Job summary

Walmart in Auburn, AL is hiring for a Tire Center Team Member to assist members with tire and battery services, maintain safety standards, and manage on-floor merchandising. You will greet members, explain warranties, and guide purchases using Sam’s Garage knowledge.

You will prioritize service flow in the Tire and Battery Center, handle purchases at the POS, and collaborate with teammates to deliver fast, accurate solutions while upholding company policies and safety rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include: valid state-issued driver’s license and 18+ years old.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work a retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and standards on the sales floor and TBC.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases and services.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, and exchanges using POS.
• Provide accurate product information and warranties to members.
