Job summary

Walmart Tire & Battery Center in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to help members get more of what they love for less.

You will collaborate with teammates, demonstrate knowledge of TPMS and safety standards, and use handheld tools to boost service quality and sales performance while maintaining accurate records and inventory.

Qualifications

• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tire and battery services, TPMS, service standards, and POS systems.
• Leverage handheld tech to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and train others.
• Manage inventory, cash registers, and paperwork, assisting members with purchasing decisions.
