Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of all required trainings and assessments within the allotted time.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests and educate other associates on tools and resources.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, and service standards.
• Utilize digital tools and POS systems to plan, drive sales, and support service operations.
• Process transactions at cash registers and manage inventory, packaging, labeling, and storage per policies.
• Identify member needs and assist with purchasing decisions; resolve issues and communicate effectively.
