Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Cookeville, TN is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas, collaborating with teammates to meet member expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests, educating associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, TPMS, and POS systems.
• Leverage digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve service, and enhance associate engagement.
• Process transactions at the cash register and assist members with purchases while maintaining inventory accuracy.
