Sam's East is hiring for a Tire & Battery Center Services Lead in Morrow, GA. You will supervise a team of hourly associates, deliver safe and efficient tire and battery services, and model center expertise while collaborating with other leaders to meet member expectations.

You will drive sales, service quality, and staff development, leveraging digital tools and training resources to maintain high performance and adherence to safety standards.

Formación

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Team Leader: supervises the Tire and Battery Center team to meet the business plan and member expectations.
• Be an Expert: maintains in-depth knowledge of tire and battery services, safety, TPMS, recalls, and product specs.
• Be a Techie: uses digital tools to plan, drive sales, and enhance service and engagement.
• Be an Owner: drives results, manages inventory, staffing, and compliance, and handles cash transactions.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: trains and mentors the team and evaluates performance.
• Develops processes with managers to meet business needs and address improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrates integrity and compliance with company policies and ethics.
• Leads in teams and adapts to change while prioritizing member service.
