Job summary

Walmart's Sam's Club in Joplin, MO is seeking a Tire & Battery Center associate to support tire and battery services and ensure safety and efficient service on the sales floor. You will engage with members, assist with purchases, and coordinate with technicians to deliver timely installations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.

• Retail or auto service experience is preferred.

• Maintain TBC safety, organize sales floor, and assist with tire/battery installations.
• Greet members, identify needs, and help with purchases and service decisions.
• Explain warranties and recommend appropriate tire and battery products.
• Operate store POS and handle payments, returns, and exchanges per policy.
