Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in auto service or retail is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Tire and Battery Center safety and standards on the sales floor.
• Assist members with tire and battery purchases, installations, and service decisions.
• Stock, zone, and merchandise displays; handle returns and damages per policy.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments; monitor lead times and order changes.
• Use Sam's Garage and product knowledge to recommend products and warranties.
• Handle payments, refunds, and exchanges following company procedures.
