Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is hiring a warehouse associate in Nebraska/Springfield area. You will load/unload stock, operate forklifts, assist with inventory, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Schedule Monday–Friday with overtime and rotating Saturdays. Starting wage is $19 per hour with weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical equipment for tires.
• Exert up to 40 pounds when handling barrels or tires.
• Work at heights of 25 feet safely while operating equipment.
• Be on the move and willing to work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures.
