Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Missouri to load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate industrial equipment, use scanners, and contribute to inventory control while staying safety-focused.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm with rotating Saturdays. Benefits include healthcare from day one, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all safety policies and transportation regulations.
• Pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Work in a team environment.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aid for heavy tires.
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and industrial tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Stay on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Contribute to safety culture and follow procedures.
• Assist other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will-call when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
