Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Appleton, WI is hiring a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will operate forklifts and scanners, lift up to 50–80 pounds, work 2:00pm–10:30pm Monday–Thursday and Sundays, with overtime including September through December. The role may involve cross-department support as needed.

The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability to ensure efficient operations in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all safety policies and regulations.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical help for tires.
• Exert pushing force up to 40 pounds with barrels and tires.
• Work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintain safety standards.
• Remain on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
• Support other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call when needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures; follow supervisor instructions.
