Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is a long-standing leader in tire and undercar parts distribution.

This warehouse role involves loading and stocking tires and auto parts, operating industrial vehicles, and contributing to inventory control. The schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays, with potential overtime. The position emphasizes safety, physical endurance (lifting up to 80 lb, heights up to 25 ft), teamwork, and occasional cross-department support.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
• Ability to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift 50 lb consistently; up to 80 lb; team lifts or mechanical equipment for heavy tires
• Exert up to 40 lb pushing force with barrels/industrial tires
• Work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment
• Stand for long periods and work overtime as needed
• Adhere to safety policies and operating procedures
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed
• Duties may include other tasks as assigned by supervisor with accommodations
