The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Maintenance Technician located at 1060 AIR FREIGHT DR. LEXINGTON, KY 40510.

The Maintenance Technician performs car repair, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service according to company policy and procedures. This is a position of routine difficulty requiring the exercise of reasonable judgment and initiative. Performs all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards.

The starting rate of pay is $17/hour based on a 40-hour workweek.

Schedule: Sunday: 7:00am-5:00pm, Monday: 3:00pm-10:00pm, Wednesday: 7:00am-5:00pm, Thursday: 3:00pm-9:00pm, Saturday: 7:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities include:

• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels.
• Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, filter and tire rotation) service according to manufacturer’s specifications and guidelines.
• Provide safe and reliable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Repair and replace tires.
• Replace wearable parts (e.g., bulbs, wipers).
• Maintain vehicle repair history by documenting a Repair Order to accurately reflect steps taken and parts used during the repair.
• Comply with parts and inventory tracking procedures.
• May process new fleet, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Perform other related duties as required.
• Follow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no drug/alcohol-related convictions (DUI/DWI) in the past 3 years.
• Authorization to work in the United States without future sponsorship.
• Ability to complete a pre-employment drug test and subject to random testing.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work the specified schedule.
• Previous automotive mechanical experience preferred but not required.
