The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician at 1060 AIR FREIGHT DR. LEXINGTON, KY 40510. The Maintenance Technician performs car repairs, preventive maintenance, in-fleeting service, and buy back/turn back service in accordance with company policies. This routine role requires judgment and initiative, with a focus on customer needs and quality standards.

The starting pay rate is $17/hour based on a 40-hour workweek. We offer a comprehensive Benefits Package including:

Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

Immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

• Complete vehicle inspections (tires, brakes, fluid levels)
• Perform preventive maintenance (lube, oil change, filter, tire rotation) per manufacturer guidelines
• Ensure vehicles are safe and reliable post-repair
• Repair and replace tires
• Replace wearable parts (bulbs, wipers)
• Document repair history accurately
• Follow inventory procedures
• Process fleet updates, fuel reclamation, or buy-backs
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Follow safety, health, and environmental standards
