Job description

Tire and Lube Technician: $29-$35 effective rate (Base Pay + Commission + Overtime + Paid Benefits)

What is the job?

• Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance
• Mount, dismount, and balance tires
• Perform oil changes and install filters

• Be an expert in performing basic preventative maintenance, such as oil changes, filters, and tire services.
• Experience in working with high-performance tires and wheels
• Be a motivated and eager individual looking for an opportunity in an essential industry.
• Have transferable skills or relevant experience, such as food industry experience, manufacturing, or production.
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate confidence in the ability to communicate with other team members to complete tasks at hand.
• Be detail-oriented and demonstrate an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
• Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Be physically able to lift 70lbs and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
