Job summary

Streets of New York is seeking enthusiastic Servers to be the face of our pizza and casual Italian restaurant in Fountain Hills. You will greet guests, assist with orders, promote specials, and ensure accurate, timely service to tables.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of customer service. Tips supplement hourly pay, with additional benefits for full-time staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous server experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States, we use E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly smile and positive attitude.
• Be knowledgeable on all menu items and help guests with orders based on tastes, preferences, diets or allergies.
• Be aware of current promotions, specials and offers and apply them per policy.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery to tables.
• Monitor guest dining experience and check in for satisfaction.
• Handle payments, including cash and credit transactions, accurately and efficiently.
• Keep tables clean and organized and maintain dining room cleanliness.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and communication.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
• Light lifting to stock products or cleaning and maintenance of the dining room.
• Participate in team training, meetings, and events to enhance knowledge and skills.
