Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old for bartending.
• TIPS certification required before first shift.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Take beverage orders from guests and servers.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per standard recipes.
• Identify patrons 35 or younger as required by policy.
• Record orders accurately into the register system.
• Process payments and make change as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock bar inventory and assist with bar maintenance as needed.
