AC Hotel Reston / Residence Inn Reston in Reston, VA, is hiring servers (tipped). You’ll take orders, serve meals and beverages, and assist guests across two properties opened in 2025. This role offers a tipped hourly wage with tips and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods is required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks to guests.
• Input orders into the POS system accurately.
• Greet guests and respond to requests promptly.
• Merchandise menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication.
• Maintain table cleanliness and replenish supplies as needed.
• Present checks and handle payments or exchanges.
