Qualifications

• Professional demeanor and public communication skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests; provide excellent customer service.
• Assist poker room operations and table fills.
• Coordinate seating and notify players of availability.
• Make P.A. announcements with important information.
• Maintain card control policy and report issues to surveillance.
• Keep supervisor informed of game status changes.
• Exchange smaller denomination chips for larger ones; sell chips to runners.
• Balance bank at end of shift.
• Establish new accounts per Title 31 guidelines.
• Document all recordable transactions involving company assets.
• Assist patrons with general information as requested.
• Complete MTL logs accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
