Buffalo Wild Wings in Marion, IN is hiring Cooks for the Heart of House team. Join a fast-paced kitchen where teamwork and energy drive great food and service. You’ll prep and cook items like wings and burgers, follow recipes, and keep a clean, safe work station while learning on the job.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($12.00 - $20.00) with flexible scheduling and same-day pay options. Prior kitchen experience helps, but we train the right person to thrive in a stadium-kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age as required by state law.
• Experience in a restaurant kitchen is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings and burgers.
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties.
• Duties may change from time to time.
