Job summary

UHY Advisors seeks a Tipalti Implementation & Configuration Consultant to lead the configuration, testing, optimization, and documentation of Tipalti within a complex accounting environment.

You will work with Accounting, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into effective workflows while ensuring internal controls and business requirements are met. Experience with Sage Intacct and CData is required, and the role supports the transition from legacy systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Tipalti implementation experience required.
• Experience configuring Tipalti workflows and approvals.
• Experience testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Tipalti.
• Experience documenting Tipalti configurations and processes.
• Sage Intacct implementation and configuration experience required.
• Experience with CData integration between Sage Intacct and Tipalti.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes and internal controls.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate into configurations.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Tipalti implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Configure Tipalti workflows, approvals, payments, onboarding, and accounting.
• Translate requirements into Tipalti configurations and workflows.
• Plan and support Tipalti testing and troubleshooting.
• Support Sage Intacct integration via CData, including data validation.
• Develop and maintain Tipalti configuration and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate and strengthen controls in AP.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and IT to meet business needs.
