Job summary

The Golden Nugget is seeking a Banquet Bartender to serve beverages to banquet guests in a timely and friendly manner, upholding the brand values of Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity.

You will assist with setup, maintain event timelines, and anticipate guest needs while adhering to safety and sanitation policies. The role requires flexibility for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and long shifts in a fast-paced hotel banquet environment.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and demeanor as per hotel standards.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Assist and prepare banquet area setup before guest arrival to ensure room design is executed correctly.
• Maintain timeline of events to ensure seamless service.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and respond to preferences.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies for food and beverages.
• Follow state and local laws for responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness of stations, tables and tools per guidelines.
• Know daily group functions, locations and room setups.
