Job Description

Summary:

The Tint Technician is responsible for professionally installing window tint on a variety of vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Accurately measure, cut, and apply window tint films to vehicles.
2. Ensure proper adhesion, smooth finish, and no bubbles or imperfections.
3. Remove old tint and prepare windows for new installations.
4. Maintain knowledge of state laws and regulations regarding window tinting.
5. Inspect finished work for quality assurance and customer approval.
6. Keep work area clean and organized while following safety procedures.
7. Assist with other service-related tasks as needed.
8. 1+ years of experience in automotive window tint application.
9. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
10. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
11. Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
12. All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
13. All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with paint protection film (PPF) installation.
2. Knowledge of different tint film types and application techniques.
3. Customer service experience and the ability to explain tint options to clients.

Compensation (Hourly: Flat Rate):

$18.00 / hour (Depending on experience, qualifications, and certifications)

1. FULL TIME
2. 5 days a week / 2 days off
3. Sundays off
