Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a self-motivated Timeshare Unit Housekeeper for a part-time role at our resort in McGaheysville, VA. Duties include cleaning units, changing linens, taking out trash, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a pristine guest experience.

The role offers weekend/holiday shifts, no experience required though piecework cleaning is a plus, and eligibility for comprehensive ESOP benefits under our employer-ownership model.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• No experience required but preferred piecework cleaning experience.
• Must be able to perform housekeeping tasks including trash removal, bed making, and bathroom cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean units by collecting trash, changing bed linen and towels, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Wipe surfaces, wash items by hand, and clean appliances and countertops.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and ensure overall unit cleanliness.
• Check inventory and maintain supplies.

Work Here, Play Here! 100% Employee owned! The Domestic Service department at Massanutten Resort is looking for a dynamic, self-oriented with former piecework cleaning experience Housekeeper to join their team.

Job Description

Duties include cleaning units by collecting and taking out the trash, changing out bed linen and towels, checking inventory, cleaning appliances and countertops, wiping down all surfaces, washing items by hand, cleaning doors, making beds, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, cleaning sinks, and cleaning the entire bathroom area (Toilets, showers, Jacuzzis, etc.) and much more. No experience necessary but prefer former piecework cleaning experience. Hourly and Piece rate. Must be 18 or older.
