Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a capable In-House Marketing Manager for a Hawaii site. You will lead the in-house marketing team, drive occupancy conversion, and collaborate across Resort, Front Line sales, and Corporate teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Timeshare sales and marketing experience required.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role preferred.
• Must be able to work a rotating schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of In-house Marketing Team: interview, hire, train; plan, assign and direct work; conduct performance reviews.
• Maintain site marketing conversion according to standards; coordinate with sales teams.
• Prepare and analyze daily/weekly reports; manage tour statuses and bookings.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth tour flow and responsible dissemination of information.
• Administer payroll in timely manner and handle related functions.
