Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC in Las Vegas is looking for a Sales Professional to deliver exceptional client service and build relationships through storytelling. You will present timepieces and jewelry while maintaining strong product knowledge and adhering to company policies. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail sales experience, a passion for the industry, and excellent communication skills. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Confidently present products to clients incorporating storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build, maintain and develop a clientele through use of company CRM platform focusing on relationship building.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge on the brands and collections.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times and conduct business with integrity.
• Comply with all Company guidelines and procedures.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales.
• Supports the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
